Logistics Specialist to Ferrero – Hyllie

Ferrero offers you a position in the supply chain function where you will handle both operational tasks and projects related to your area of responsibilities. The position is temporary but with a good chance of becoming permanent. You will be based in Ferrero’s office in Hyllie, Malmö.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling and tracking orders from Ferrero’s customers
• Managing customer complaints
• Making sure Ferrero’s partners have all products in stock
• Actively drive the development of working methods and service in the area of responsibilities
• Sustain and improve customer relations through regular meetings

Your profile:

You have some years of experience from a similar role. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or equivalent is preferred. You are proficient within MS Office and have good knowledge of SAP. You are fluent in English.

You are equally strong working in a team as working on your own. You enjoy working together with internal as well as external stakeholders in order to reach your goals. You are a creative problem solver with a commercial spirit. You are customer oriented and you have the ability to withstand a high workload.

This is a fulltime position at Ferrero, covering a 18 months parental leave, but with great chance to become a permanent position. Starting as soon as possible.
