Logistics Specialist – temporary position at Ferrero – Hyllie

Ferrero offers you a position within the supply chain function where you will handle both operational tasks and projects related to your area of responsibilities. You will be based in Ferrero’s office in Hyllie, Malmö.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling and tracking orders from Ferrero’s customers
• Managing customer complaints
• Securing products in stock to partners of Ferrero
• Actively drive the development of working methods and service in the area of responsibilities
• Sustain and improve customer relations through regular meetings

Your profile:

You have some years of experience from a similar role or equivalent. It is a plus if you have an academic degree (preferably within the field of Logistics) You are proficient within MS Office and it is an advantage if you have some experience working with SAP. Fluency in English, written and oral, is a requirement and Swedish is beneficial.

You are equally strong working in a team as working on your own. You enjoy working together with internal as well as external stakeholders in order to reach your goals. You are a creative problem solver with a commercial spirit. You are customer oriented and you have the ability to withstand a high workload.

This is a fulltime position at Ferrero, covering approximately 12 months parental leave.
